We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy with presence across the UK and proven success in a variety of sectors including Rail, Utilities, Energy, Roads, etc. Due to continued growth in their Nuclear arm, they are actively seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their team in the South to aid the Commercial Team.
Responsibilities
- Senior Commercial Leadership: Provide senior-level quantity surveying and commercial leadership across complex nuclear defence projects, supporting the successful delivery of major programmes through effective cost management, governance, and commercial strategy.
- NEC & Alliance Contract Management: Lead the administration and management of NEC and alliance-based contracts, overseeing change control, compensation events, risk management.
