Our client, a specialist shop-fit contractor delivering high-quality projects for leading brands is looking to appoint a driven PM to join their growing team.You’ll oversee multiple retail fit-out projects at any one time, typically 6-week turnaround schemes. Each project will have an allocated Site Manager, leaving you to focus on programme oversight, cost control, client liaison, and ensuring delivery is on time and to brand standards. While you’ll need to travel to site regularly, extended stays away from home are not required.Manage several live shop-fit projects simultaneously • Ensure quality, H&S compliance and commercial performance • Lead and support on-site teams (with Site Managers in place) • Report progress to senior management and stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail, interiors or fast-track construction • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects • Flexibility to travel across Britain as required • Competitive salary circa 70k - 80k + package • Opportunity to work with premium retail brands • Autonomy and support within a respected national contractor • Secure pipeline of consistent fast-track projectsIf you’re looking for a dynamic PM role with varied projects, strong support, and real responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
