Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in retail or fast-track fit-outs? Our client, a specialist shop-fit contractor delivering high-quality projects for leading brands is looking to appoint a driven PM to join their growing team.

The Role

  • You’ll oversee multiple retail fit-out projects at any one time, typically 6-week turnaround schemes.
  • Each project will have an allocated Site Manager, leaving you to focus on programme oversight, cost control, client liaison, and ensuring delivery is on time and to brand standards.
  • This is a national role covering England, Wales and Scotland. While you’ll need to travel to site regularly, extended stays away from home are not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage several live shop-fit projects simultaneously
  • Plan, programme and oversee all phases of the works
  • Liaise closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensure quality, H&S compliance and commercial performance
  • Lead and support on-site teams (with Site Managers in place)
  • Report progress to senior management and stakeholders
