A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing delivery across a portfolio of high-value projects in London. If you’re a hands-on PM with strong technical knowledge, capable of coordinating teams and driving complex MEP installations, this is a standout opportunity.

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, you’ll oversee all MEP elements across multiple projects (5m–50m), ensuring designs are delivered safely, on time, and to the client’s high standards. You’ll work closely with design, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical challenges and maintain smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MEP delivery on multiple high-value London fit-out projects
  • Manage MEP subcontractors, installation teams, and technical coordination
  • Review designs and drawings for buildability, compliance, and programme impact
  • Solve complex technical challenges proactively to avoid delays
  • Ensure adherence to client requirements, standards, and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate closely with site teams, project managers, and designers
  • Maintain technical registers, reporting, and documentation for all MEP works
  • Drive innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement in MEP delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager in fit-out, interiors, or commercial construction (ideally with a main contractor)
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Track record delivering projects between 5m–50m
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Ambitious, with the ability to grow within a dynamic contractor environment
