Civils Lead to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors on a major mission-critical project based in

Blyth, England .

This is an excellent opportunity to lead all Civil (CSA) works on a flagship data centre project, overseeing site operations, subcontractors, programme delivery, quality, and health & safety from construction through to project handover.

Civils Lead , you'll take ownership of all Civil works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with project management, planning, commercial, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages across the project.

Manage site operations, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.

Ensure Health & Safety, QA/QC, and project quality standards are achieved.

Coordinate programme delivery with Project Managers, Planners, and Design Teams.

Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity, and reporting.

Support commercial teams with cost tracking, variations, and forecasting.

Chair subcontractor and coordination meetings.

Review drawings, setting out, and as-built documentation.

Manage snagging, project close-out, and handover activities.

Drive programme performance and continuous improvement across the project.

Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline preferred. 7+ years' experience delivering Civil/CSA works on major construction projects.

Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, planning, QA/QC, and Health & Safety.

Previous experience on Data Centre, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, or Mission Critical projects is highly desirable.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
