The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience within drylining,celiengs and Partitions.• Assist with Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position Assist with Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain Assist Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages Assist Preparation of pre-tender profit plan Assist Management of cost changes throughout project Assist Preparation of cashflow forecasts Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointmentIdeal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into North West London and Central London and have previous experience working within Drylining Contractor valued between 100,000-5Million Should you meet the above requirements, please send your updated CV to the below email address
