We are currently supporting a leading UK construction and engineering services provider on the appointment of a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering high-profile refurbishment works across parliamentary and heritage estates. Responsibilities
- Cost Management & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of detailed cost plans, budgets, and valuations, supporting accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting across refurbishment and maintenance packages.
- Procurement & Subcontractor Support: Support the end-to-end procurement process, including preparation of tender documentation, issuing enquiries, analysing subcontractor returns, and assisting in the commercial evaluation and appointment process.
- Commercial Administration: Manage core commercial activities including variations, interim valuations.
