Responsibilities
- Site Delivery & Programme Management: Oversee and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
- Team & Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist trades to maintain efficient workflow and productivity on site.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Liaise closely with project managers, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain strong working relationships.
- Progress Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor progress against programme, providing regular updates and proactively addressing delays or challenges to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on similar construction projects.
- Must be based within a commutable distance of London.
