Overview
In this role you lead delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural work for large mixed-use projects in London, coordinating CSA with MEP to ensure integrated site performance. You own packages, manage design partners and subcontractors, and drive progress against the programme. You will oversee quality, safety, and handover, working closely with the client and project team to deliver complex developments that align with regulatory and commercial objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on project success and delivery quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of CSA work packages
- Coordinate CSA with MEP activities for integrated site delivery
- Manage CSA subcontractors and design partners
- Own packages, plan ahead and drive delivery against programme
- Coordinate site logistics and material deliveries
- Review drawings, specifications and design information
- Manage RFIs, technical queries and design coordination
- Produce short-term lookahead programmes and monitor progress
- Coordinate construction sequencing and resolve technical issues
- Conduct quality inspections, snagging and defect close-out
- Maintain RAMS, QA documentation and project records
- Coordinate with client, design team, project management, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support commissioning, handover, O&M documentation and project close-out
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, health & safety requirements and project standards
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years as Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or CSA Manager
- Experience with a Tier 1 Main Contractor
- Strong background in Mixed-Use, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Industrial projects
- Experience managing multiple CSA subcontract packages
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP coordination
- Experience managing design partners and driving design deliverables
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent knowledge of site logistics, quality, H&S and Building Regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Building or related field
