With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in North London. The role will involve working across a diverse range of projects, typically valued from sub 50,000 up to 20 million. Responsibilities• Taking full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion ~ Preparing and managing tender submissions ~ Negotiating tenders with clients and stakeholders ~ Putting together comprehensive tender documentation ~ Liaising with subcontractors from initial enquiry through to final account ~ Building and maintaining strong working relationships ~ Undertaking first principle estimating ~ Working across Social Housing frameworks ~ Pricing and cost planning for tendersRequirements• Proven experience working as an Estimator within a Social Housing Main Contractor ~5–10 years' experience in a similar role ~ Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management ~ Strong commercial awareness and acumen ~ Experience working on Social Housing frameworks and property services projects ~ Additional InformationSalary60,000 - 80,000
