Commercial developments, working closely with the Project Director, MEP teams, client, design partners and subcontractors. Manage and supervise CSA subcontractors and design partners. Review construction drawings, specifications and design information. Manage RFIs, technical queries and design coordination. Produce short-term lookahead programmes and monitor progress. Coordinate construction sequencing and resolve technical issues. Carry out quality inspections, snagging and defect close-out. Ensure RAMS, QA documentation and project records are maintained. Coordinate with the client, design team, project management team, subcontractors and suppliers. Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor on CSA cost and commercial matters. Support commissioning, handover, O&M documentation and project close-out. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, health & safety requirements and project standards. REQUIREDMinimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or CSA Manager. Experience working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Strong experience delivering Mixed-Use, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Industrial projects. Strong Civil, Structural and Architectural construction background. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with MEP.Experience managing design partners and driving design deliverables. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Excellent understanding of site logistics, quality, H&S and Building Regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
