Architectural Lead

Data Centre Construction £90,000 - £100,000 + Accommodation + Travel + living Allowance Blyth, England, United Kingdom (On-Site) We're recruiting for an experienced Architectural Lead to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors on a major mission-critical project based in Blyth, England.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Architectural (CSA Fit-Out) delivery on a large-scale data centre project, managing internal fit-out packages from pre-construction through to handover.

You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Architectural Lead , you'll take ownership of all architectural and fit-out works, managing programme, quality, cost, and subcontractor performance while working closely with CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead all Architectural and CSA Fit-Out packages across the project.

Manage subcontractors, package managers, engineers, and site teams.

Coordinate architectural works with MEP and commissioning activities.

Monitor project programme, budgets, and progress.

Manage procurement and long-lead fit-out materials.

Chair client, design, and subcontractor coordination meetings.

Ensure quality standards and project specifications are achieved.

Oversee cost reporting, valuations, and commercial performance.

Manage project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Drive Health & Safety and continuous improvement across site.

Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. 10+ years' experience within a main contractor environment.

Strong experience delivering Architectural/CSA Fit-Out packages on large-scale construction projects.

Data Centre, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or High-Tech project experience preferred.

Strong leadership, programme management, and commercial awareness.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
