The head office BIM team is expanding to support the Coventry offsite manufacturing facility and broader prefabrication strategy. We are recruiting Prefabrication BIM Coordinators to deliver high-quality 3D models and manufacturing drawings for offsite assets, working closely with the Detailing Lead and engineering teams. This role is suited to BIM professionals with experience in Revit MEP and offsite or DFMA-driven delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce 3D models and manufacturing drawings for offsite modules
- Coordinate BIM workflows and model integration
- Support development of federated models
- Liaise with engineering and fabrication teams
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution standards
- Assist in clash detection and coordination
- Review designs for offsite manufacturing efficiency
- Support QA and documentation processes
- Manage RFIs and technical queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or trade qualification in Engineering or BIM-related discipline
- 4+ years experience in BIM or digital construction roles
- Strong Revit MEP experience (essential)
- AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge (preferred)
- Understanding of BIM coordination workflows
- Experience in offsite or prefabrication environments (advantageous)
