Structural Lead Data Centre Construction £95,000 - £120,000 + Accommodation + Travel + Living Allowance Blyth, England, United Kingdom (On-Site) Full-Time Were recruiting for an experienced Structural Lead to join one of Europes leading data centre contractors on a major hyperscale project based in Blyth, England.

This is a senior site leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating all structural (CSA) works across a large-scale mission-critical data centre project, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-programme delivery from construction through to commissioning and handover.

As Structural Lead, you will take ownership of structural delivery planning, subcontractor management, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring full alignment between design, site delivery, commercial, and project controls teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all structural works across the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement structural delivery plans, procedures, and reporting systems.

Manage subcontractors and monitor structural progress, manpower, and productivity.

Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and overall project performance.

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Drive QA/QC compliance and ensure quality targets are achieved.

Coordinate with design teams, clients, and key project stakeholders.

Monitor risks, delays, and implement mitigation strategies.

Lead site coordination and progress meetings.

Support commissioning readiness and project close-out activities.

Promote strong HSE standards and site culture across all structural works.

Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline. 7+ years experience in CSA/structural delivery on major construction projects.

Strong background in Data Centre, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Mission Critical projects preferred.

Proven experience managing subcontractors and site delivery teams.

Strong understanding of structural systems, construction sequencing, and site operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial awareness and project delivery mindset.

Ability to manage fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
