Lead the review, coordination, and management of all MEP design and technical submittals, ensuring alignment with project specifications, programme, and client requirements.
• Design Management & Value Engineering
Drive design optimisation and value engineering initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance system performance without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder & Interface Management
Act as the primary technical point of contact across internal teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and resolution of technical issues.
• Commissioning & Handover Strategy
Oversee commissioning processes, ensuring all systems are delivered, tested, and validated in line with industry standards and client expectations, culminating in a smooth handover. xbpsjku
• Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all technical works are delivered in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and project QA/QC requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle.RequirementsMust have 10+ years experience in a similar role on MEP focused projects including Data Centres
