A leading main contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver high-quality mechanical installations on commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects in London.
This role requires strong project delivery experience within fit-out or building services environments, managing subcontractors, programmes, and technical installations to a high standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical package delivery on commercial fit-out projectsManage subcontractors and site operations to programme and quality standardsDrive safety, QA/QC, and complianceCoordinate design information and technical documentationTrack progress, variations, and cost controlEnsure successful handover xbpsjku and commissioningLiaise with site teams and clientsRequirements4+ years mechanical project management experience (main contractor)Experience delivering CAT A & CAT B fit-out projectsStrong MEP coordination knowledgeSubcontractor and programme management expertiseCommercial building services experienceExcellent communication and leadership skills
