The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and take-offs, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project details and resolve queries
- Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain detailed and organised records of estimates, tenders, and client communications
