We are working with a well-established building services contractor delivering multiple projects across London and surrounding areas, and are looking to appoint Electrical Site Managers on a permanent basis. Projects are primarily within the education sector (schools) and are spread across Enfield, Harlow, Stansted, and Heathrow, offering a range of locations across London and the surrounding counties. This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term progression.

You will take full responsibility for managing electrical works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget
  • Oversee health & safety, RAMS, and compliance
  • Liaise with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Review drawings and manage technical queries
  • Drive quality, commissioning readiness, and handover
About You
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Background in building services / MEP projects
  • Experience on commercial or education projects (schools ideal)
  • Strong H&S and site delivery knowledge
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Stable work history preferred
