Our client is an international mechanical & electrical services contractor operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe. They undertake high-value engineering services on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors on a range of projects including pharmaceutical, semiconductor & battery plants, data centre & mission-critical infrastructure, power transmission & distribution and commercial offices.
Due to continued growth, particularly within their power transmission & distribution division, we are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the delivery team based at their Scotland regional office. The primary function of the role will be to support the Site Manager in the management of site-based activities, leading and co-ordinating electrical teams on site. Tracking and recording of site activities and progress. Leading the team to deliver to a quality product in line with the programme and budget.
Desirable experience:
- An electrical Trades qualification or equivalent with 5+ years site experience within one of their key market sectors.
- Strong understanding of site activities and how they are planned and coordinated.
- Ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
- A strong commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
- A strong client focus.
- Excellent communicator/strong interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and good record keeper.
- Results oriented with the resilience to work under pressure.
