A design-led consultancy delivering high-specification pharmaceutical, biotech and regulated manufacturing facilities is seeking an Electrical Design Lead / Associate Director. This is a senior leadership role with a defined progression route to Director, aligned with the company’s expansion across life sciences projects.
The Role
- Lead electrical design on GMP & pharmaceutical projects
- Oversee LV distribution & standby power systems
- Design power infrastructure for laboratories & process equipment
- Lead and mentor electrical design teams
- Act as senior client interface
- Contribute to business development & strategic growth
- Sign off technical deliverables
