EHS Manager Data Centre Construction£85,000 - £90,000 + Accommodation + Travel + Living Allowance Blyth, England, United Kingdom (On-Site) Full-Time Were recruiting for an experienced EHS Manager to join one of Europes leading data centre contractors on a major mission-critical project based in Blyth, England .

This is a senior site-based leadership role responsible for managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across a large-scale hyperscale data centre project, ensuring full compliance, driving safety performance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all site operations.

As EHS Manager, you will work closely with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure safe systems of work are implemented and maintained throughout the full project lifecycle from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities Lead all EHS activities across the project site.

Develop, implement, and manage project-specific EHS plans and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company safety management systems and UK legislation.

Oversee RAMS, risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.

Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety performance reviews.

Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Manage COSHH assessments and control of hazardous substances on site.

Deliver and oversee inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programmes.

Ensure subcontractor compliance with all EHS policies and procedures.

Monitor site welfare, housekeeping, and environmental performance.

Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives.

Report EHS performance metrics to senior project and client teams.
