Our client is a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover of £150 million, delivering projects across the Property Services sector. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in North London.

The role will involve working across a diverse range of projects, typically valued from sub £50,000 up to £20 million:

  • Taking full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion
  • Liaising with subcontractors from initial enquiry through to final account
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Working across Social Housing frameworks
  • Pricing and cost planning for tenders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an Estimator within a Social Housing Main Contractor
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management
  • Strong commercial awareness and acumen
  • Experience working on Social Housing frameworks and property services projects
