BMS Engineer – London Location: London, UK Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical / Commercial Construction Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + Accommodation + Travel Allowance + Benefits We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Engineer to join a leading international engineering contractor working on a major commercial project in London. The business has an excellent reputation for delivering complex MEP, Data Centre, Mission Critical and commercial projects across the UK and Europe. They offer a strong engineering environment, long-term career development and the opportunity to work alongside experienced project and commissioning teams. This is a key position supporting the installation, integration, testing and commissioning of BMS systems, working closely with the wider M&E teams, subcontractors, designers and client representatives. Reporting to the BMS Manager, You will support the coordination, installation, integration and commissioning of BMS systems, ensuring all works are: - Delivered safely - Correctly - In line with project specifications Key Responsibilities Coordinate BMS activities with wider M&E workstreams. Support BMS installation, testing, commissioning and systems integration. Coordinate BMS works with clients, designers, contractors and project teams. Review and coordinate design information and technical documentation. Support technical submittals and material approvals. Monitor BMS progress against the project programme. Carry out quality inspections and support snagging and close-out. Attend project meetings, engineering reviews and coordination workshops. Support BMS testing, commissioning, witnessing and troubleshooting. support fault finding and technical issues. Coordinate with BMS subcontractors and specialist contractors.
