This is a key support role on a fast-paced construction project, responsible for managing, controlling, and distributing all project documentation to ensure accurate information flow across site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
As Document Controller, youll play a vital role in maintaining document control systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and project procedures, and supporting the wider project team with accurate, up-to-date information throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Manage all project documentation in line with company standards and IMS procedures.
Control distribution of drawings, RFIs, schedules, specifications, and reports.
Maintain document registers, RFIs, action logs, and tracking systems.
Ensure correct version control and document accuracy across all platforms.
Track overdue actions and produce regular progress/status reports.
