Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and social housing schemes across London and the South East. With a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Employers Agent to take a lead role on a flagship social housing development in Bromley.

This is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with housing associations, developers, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities
  • Client Representation & Project Leadership: Act as the Employers Agent, representing the clients interests throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Contract Administration: Administer JCT Design & Build contracts, managing key processes including instructions, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Programme & Delivery Oversight: Monitor project progress against programme, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Lead communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
  • Quality & Compliance Management: Oversee quality standards on site, ensuring all works comply with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating as an Employers Agent or client-side Project Manager within the residential or social housing sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts.
  • Experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline (or equivalent).
