Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and social housing schemes across London and the South East. With a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take a lead role on a flagship social housing development in Bromley.

This is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with housing associations, developers, and delivery partners.

Project & Asset Delivery
  • Lead the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance, and development works across a flagship social housing portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
  • Provide expert building surveying advice across design, specification, and construction phases, including building pathology, defect diagnosis, and lifecycle planning.
Contract Administration & Compliance
  • Act as Contract Administrator where required, managing procurement processes, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, acting as the key client-side representative on complex and high-profile schemes.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring high standards of delivery, driving best practice, and contributing to continuous improvement across the wider asset and development strategy.

Must have 6+ years experience in a similar role preferably at Senior/Associate level on residential construction projects working client or consultancy side.
