We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy with presence across the UK and proven success in a variety of sectors including Rail, Utilities, Energy, Roads, etc. Due to continued growth in their Utilities arm, they are actively seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Suffolk to aid the Commercial Team.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Management & Cost Control: Provide project-level quantity surveying support across major water infrastructure schemes, managing costs, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- NEC Contract Management: Support the administration and delivery of NEC contracts, including managing compensation events and variations.
