Operating from 35 regional offices across the UK, the business is recognised for its scale, technical capability, and consistent delivery of high-value building services installations.
Due to continued growth within their Yorkshire region, specifically their Leeds office, our client is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple MEP projects, ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and effective subcontractor management from procurement through to final.
