A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced
Mechanical Package Manager
to manage the delivery and coordination of mechanical building services packages on major UK data centre projects. Key Responsibilities Manage communication with the client and wider project stakeholders Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities Coordinate and sequence mechanical installations, including pipework and HVAC systems Manage the four-week look-ahead programme for the mechanical package Monitor subcontractor activities and package progress Manage scope changes, monthly valuations and support final accounts Compile and maintain O&M and BCAR documentation Monitor installation changes and ensure accurate as-built information Ensure mechanical works are delivered to programme, quality and safety requirements Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or similar 5+ years experience
in a similar mechanical package management role Strong mechanical building services construction experience Experience with
process plant installations or water treatment facilities
preferred Strong organisation, communication and time-management skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
