Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CSA works across your assigned project zone, ensuring civil, structural, and architectural elements are delivered to specification, aligned with design intent, and fully integrated into the broader data centre construction sequence.
- Oversee Contractor Performance & Technical Compliance: Supervise subcontractor activities daily, ensuring workmanship meets required quality standards, drawings, and technical submittals. Review method statements, RFIs, and technical queries, driving timely resolution and maintaining construction momentum.
- Interface with MEP & Commissioning Teams: Collaborate closely with MEP, commissioning, and BIM teams to coordinate interfaces, eliminate clashes, support design integration, and maintain a smooth flow of construction activities across critical clean and grey spaces.
- Monitor Progress, Safety & Quality on Site: Perform structured site inspections, monitor progress against programme, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Identify risks, defects, and non-conformances early, driving corrective actions and maintaining high delivery standards throughout the build.
- Ensure all information related to CSA works is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project governance procedures.
Must have 6+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects.
