We are currently looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators to work on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project team delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM activities across the project
- Coordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural models
- Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
- Manage model coordination and information exchange
- Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings
- Work closely with design, engineering and construction teams
- Review drawings, models and technical information
- Coordinate subcontractor and consultant models
- Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained
- Support the BIM Manager / Digital Construction Manager
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards
- Maintain accurate project information and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator
- Strong experience with Revit and Navisworks
- MEP / CSA / Structural coordination experience
- Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable
- Experience coordinating multiple disciplines
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment
Package:
- £65,000 - £75,000 salary
