CSA Construction Manager Data Centre Blyth Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join their team.
This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.
Responsibilities Lead Delivery of All CSA Construction Activities Oversee the execution of civil, structural and architectural construction works across the project, ensuring activities are delivered safely, in line with programme milestones, and to the required technical and quality standards.
Manage Site Teams, Supervisors & CSA Subcontractors Direct daily site operations for multiple CSA subcontractors and internal supervisors, coordinating labour, materials and logistics to maintain productivity and effective sequencing of works across the site.
Drive Health, Safety & Quality Standards Across CSA Works Promote a strong safety culture on site, ensure compliance with HSE procedures, review method statements and risk assessments, and enforce strict QA/QC standards across all CSA installations.
Coordinate Construction Interfaces & Site Logistics Manage workface coordination, access planning, lifting strategies and construction logistics to ensure smooth progression of CSA activities across different project zones.
Monitor Programme Progress, Risks & Site Performance Track progress against the construction programme, lead short-term look-ahead planning, identify risks and constraints, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and productivity targets.
