BIM Coordinator Data CentresLocation: UK / EuropeSector: Data Centres / Mission CriticalSalary: £65,000£75,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + £160 tax-free weekly living allowance Employment Type: PermanentWe are currently looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators to work on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project team delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate BIM activities across the projectCoordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural modelsCarry out clash detection and resolution using NavisworksManage model coordination and information exchangeAttend and lead BIM coordination meetingsWork closely with design, engineering and construction teamsReview drawings, models and technical informationCoordinate subcontractor and consultant modelsEnsure BIM standards and project requirements are maintainedSupport the BIM Manager / Digital Construction ManagerEnsure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standardsMaintain accurate project information and documentationRequirements: Previous experience as a BIM CoordinatorStrong experience with Revit and NavisworksMEP / CSA / Structural coordination experienceData centre or mission-critical experience highly desirableExperience coordinating multiple disciplinesStrong understanding of BIM processes and workflowsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work within a fast-paced construction environmentPackage£65,000£75,000 salaryAccommodation providedRotation£160 tax-free living allowance per weekOpportunity to work on major data centre / mission-critical projectsIf you're an experienced BIM Coordinator looking for your next opportunity on major mission-critical projects, I'd be keen to speak with you.
