BIM Coordinator Data Centres Location: UK / Europe Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Salary: £65,000£75,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + £160 tax-free weekly living allowance Employment Type: Permanent We are currently looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators to work on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project team delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre developments. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate BIM activities across the project Coordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural models Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage model coordination and information exchange Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings Work closely with design, engineering and construction teams Review drawings, models and technical information Coordinate subcontractor and consultant models Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained Support the BIM Manager / Digital Construction Manager Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards Maintain accurate project information and documentation Requirements: Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator Strong experience with Revit and Navisworks MEP / CSA / Structural coordination experience Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable Experience coordinating multiple disciplines Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment Package £65,000£75,000 salary Accommodation provided Rotation £160 tax-free living allowance per week Opportunity to work on major data centre / mission-critical projects If you're an experienced BIM Coordinator looking for your next opportunity on major mission-critical projects, I'd be keen to speak with you.
