We are currently partnering with a Tier 2 Main Contractor with over 400 years of construction experience and over 50 years’ experience in construction in Europe. Due to their continued growth, they are currently seeking an Architectural Assistant to join their UK arm to contribute to their further development.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, developing and editing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.
- Support the site team and monitor progress.
- Collaborating with specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Coordinating with structural engineers and mechanical and electrical engineers.
- Preparing design presentations and construction documentation including detailing and schedules.
- Corresponding with sub-contractors and reviewing shop-drawings and submittals.
Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2.
- At least two years' experience in an architectural office and experience renovating showrooms and existing offices refurbishment.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
- Familiarity with BIM.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe products.
Benefits:
