We are partnering with a cradle to grave project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Technical Lead to review and sign off on design work for a Tier 1 Contract in the Utilities Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Review & Design Assurance: Lead the review and approval of wastewater design packages to ensure they meet client requirements, project objectives, and UK utility sector standards, including relevant Water UK and WRc specifications.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all design submissions comply with UK water industry regulations, including those set by OFWAT, the Environment Agency, and applicable local Water and Sewerage Companies (WaSCs).
  • Stakeholder & Utility Liaison: Coordinate closely with internal client teams, design consultants, contractors, and statutory undertakers to ensure timely resolution of design issues and alignment with utility approval processes.
