M&E Project Manager London Our client is an established and respected mechanical and electrical subcontractor working across London and the Southeast. They service Tier 1 & 2 main contracting clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, public sector, energy, pharmaceutical and data centres. Company turnover stands at £85m with ambitious growth plans to exceed £150m in the next few years, they already have £100m secured for 2025 & 2026 and have a very strong cash position to support this growth. Due to this continued growth our client is now seeking an M&E Project Manager to take ownership of the Mechanical and Electrical Packages on this 3 rd Level Education Project for a Tier 1 contractor ensuring concise and timely delivery. Responsibilities: Lead a team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Proposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion Display commercial astuteness Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications.
