Mechanical Estimator London Our client is an established and respected mechanical and electrical subcontractor working across London and the Southeast. They service Tier 1 & 2 main contracting clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, public sector, energy, pharmaceutical and data centres. Company turnover stands at £85m with ambitious growth plans to exceed £150m in the next few years, they already have £100m secured for 2025 & 2026 and have a very strong cash position to support this growth. Due to this continued growth our client is now seeking a Mechanical Estimator to aid the delivery of this Life Sciences Project. Responsibilities Prepare Detailed Estimates: Develop accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection) based on project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. Review Project Scope: Analyze project requirements, specifications, and design documents to understand the scope and ensure all mechanical system needs are addressed in the estimate.
