You will be registered with the NMC, committed to ongoing professional development, and experienced in dementia and end-of-life care. Knowledge of PCS electronic care planning and developing individual care plans is desirable.
Shifts are Tue, Fri and Sat nights, 33.75 hours per week, at £24.50 per hour.
