I am currently supporting one of the UK's fastest-growing compliance consultancies, looking for a new confident and motivated Sales Advisor to join the team.

Location - Swansea (Fully onsite)

Salary - £25,000-£30,000 (OTE £40,000-£45,000)

Monday-Friday, working 9am-5pm

This is an exciting stage in their journey, and we're looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing team. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a supportive, forward-thinking company where your ideas, contributions, and success are valued.

This is primarily a telephone-based sales position where you'll engage with UK businesses, introduce our services, build lasting relationships, and convert prospects into long-term subscription clients. You'll benefit from a consistent flow of warm inbound enquiries, alongside opportunities to generate your own leads through our established presence within industry-focused Facebook communities.

Using a consultative sales approach, you'll identify each client's needs and recommend the most suitable compliance package for their business. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective clients to introduce and promote our compliance services
  • Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into long-term customers
  • Identify client requirements through effective questioning and active listening
  • Recommend suitable subscription packages based on individual business needs
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Develop and nurture leads through online communities and networking opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while promoting company values and culture
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Confident, professional, and personable when communicating with clients
