If you're someone who enjoys getting out from behind a desk, building relationships, and controlling your own earnings, this could be the perfect opportunity.
No two days are the same. You'll be out in the field meeting businesses, generating new opportunities, and building your own customer portfolio across the Rotherham region.

What can you earn?
Our commission structure rewards performance from day one. £12,000 monthly target = £650 commission. Top performers regularly exceed target. One of our BDMs generated £37,000 in sales in a single month and earned £1,700 commission. The harder you work, the more you earn.
What you'll be doing:
- Winning new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and face-to-face visits
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Creating strong relationships with customers and becoming their trusted contact
- Using our CRM system to manage leads and track activity
- Working alongside a supportive sales team that wants to see you succeed
What we're looking for:
- Previous field sales experience
- Confidence speaking with new people every day
- Resilience and a positive mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Comfortable using social media and digital channels to generate leads
- Full UK driving licence
- Industry experience is a bonus, but attitude, energy, and ambition matter most.
