This is a fully office-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with a background in banking.\\n\\nAs a Relationship Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting Relationship and Branch Managers with the day-to-day management of client relationships. You'll gain hands-on experience working with a defined portfolio of clients and contribute to the smooth running of credit processes, documentation, and client servicing.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in banking and financial services, particularly in corporate, commercial, or SME banking environments.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nAssist in preparing credit proposals by analysing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows\\n\\nSupport the Relationship Manager in servicing existing client relationships\\n\\nMonitor and maintain the validity of customer accounts and associated documentation\\n\\nFollow up on upcoming payments and ensure timely collection of required documentation\\n\\nProvide accurate and timely responses to client queries via email and phone\\n\\nCoordinate internally with operations, credit, and other departments to meet client needs\\n\\nAccompany Relationship Managers on client visits and prepare call reports\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\nEducation & Experience:\\n\\nDegree qualified (or equivalent)\\n\\nMinimum of 2 years' banking experience\\n\\nUnderstanding of banking products and financial instruments\\n\\nSkills & Competencies:\\n\\nStrong financial analysis and credit writing skills\\n\\nProficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools\\n\\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\\n\\nWorking knowledge of legal and property-related documentation\\n\\nPreferably bilingual in English and Urdu and/or Punjabi\\n\\nPersonal Attributes:\\n\\nTeam player with a collaborative mindset\\n\\nResilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment\\n\\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\\n\\nProfessional, flexible, and highly motivated\\n\\nPlease Note:\\n\\nThis role does not involve advising on or approving regulated financial products such as loans or mortgages, in line with Certification Regime regulations.\\n\\nHow to Apply\\n\\nIf you're looking to grow your career in banking and thrive in a client-focused, office-based environment – we'd love to hear from you
