Property Solicitor / Legal Executive – Residential & Commercial Location: Central London | Office-Based We are working in partnership with a highly regarded and long-established London law firm to recruit a dynamic and experienced Property Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected team handling a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters in the heart of Central London. The Role: You\’ll be managing your own caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion, working across a variety of clients, including individuals, investors, SMEs, and commercial landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities: Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity Managing commercial property transactions, such as leases, acquisitions and disposals, and refinancing Advising clients on a broad spectrum of property-related legal issues Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts and lease terms Working closely with partners, clients, agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Supporting junior team members and contributing to ongoing team developmentThe Ideal Candidate: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ to 2 years PQE preferred, but all levels considered) Solid experience handling both residential and commercial property files Strong technical knowledge and confidence in dealing directly with clients Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills A commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail A proactive, organised, and collaborative approachWhy Apply?
