We are looking for a detail-focused Legal Cashier to support a busy finance team. This is a full-time, office-based role, with some flexibility where needed.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and update firm accounts each day
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and process invoices and financial entries
- Work with fee-earners to resolve account queries and close client matters promptly
- Assist clients with payment enquiries, including card transactions
- Record cheque receipts and maintain accurate financial logs
- Flag and help resolve any compliance issues
- Support general finance tasks as needed
