A leading firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the largest real estate practices in the region, advising a broad client base including institutional lenders, developers, investors, and commercial property stakeholders.
You will work alongside experienced partners and colleagues on high-quality, complex real estate finance and transactional matters.
The Role
You will advise both lender and borrower clients on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, alongside broader commercial property work. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting on property and development finance transactions for institutional lenders.
- Advising borrowers on secured lending arrangements.
- Acting on both separately and jointly represented transactions.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and wider transactional property matters.
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues.
- Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
- Liaising with lenders, clients, agents, and other advisers.
- Managing transactions efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Delivering high-quality technical advice.
