Our client is seeking an experienced and well-established Corporate Lawyer at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its highly regarded Corporate team and play a key role in supporting its ambitious growth strategy.
The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in corporate finance transactions, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex deals. They will have advised owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and corporate clients across a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of six years' experience within a Corporate team, supported by strong technical knowledge of relevant law and current market practice.
