The Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property sales and purchases, overseeing matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will have the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the support of an experienced team and Partners who value their employees and are committed to professional development. The successful candidate will be confident handling a busy caseload, highly organised, commercially aware, and committed to providing a consistently high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handle residential property sales and purchases efficiently and accurately
- Provide clear, professional and timely communication to clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
- Ensure all matters are progressed in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure transactions progress smoothly
- Deliver a high level of client care throughout the conveyancing process
- Work effectively within the wider team while taking ownership of individual matters
