A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its growing team. The role offers varied work across acquisition finance, corporate lending, project finance, derivatives and debt capital markets, advising UK and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising banks, borrowers and private equity clients on financing transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating loan, security, intercreditor and ancillary documents.
- Handling acquisition, corporate, asset-backed, receivables and project finance matters.
- Advising on cross-border transactions and managing overseas counsel.
- Advising on ISDA, hedging and credit support documentation.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, real estate, pensions and construction.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 3-10 years' PQE in Banking & Finance.
- Strong technical drafting and transaction management skills.
