A well-established and expanding London-based law firm is seeking two ambitious and knowledgeable Immigration Solicitors to join its growing team, with opportunities available in both its Central London and East London offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors with 2-3 years' PQE and strong experience in both personal and general immigration matters to further develop their careers within a supportive, professional, and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of immigration matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a broad range of personal immigration matters, including:
- Spouse and partner visas
- Family visas
- Indefinite Leave to Remain applications
- British citizenship and naturalisation applications
- Student and visitor visas
- Appeals and administrative reviews
- Handling general immigration matters, including:
- Skilled Worker visa applications
- Sponsor licence applications and compliance
- Business immigration matters
- Drafting legal documents, applications, and representations
- Liaising with the Home Office, Counsel, and third parties where required
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Ensuring compliance with SRA and firm regulatory requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE in immigration law
- Strong experience in both personal and general immigration matters is essential
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
