You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and maintenance of a portfolio of bilateral, syndicated, and retail loan accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all transactions and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage loan lifecycle activities including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and interest servicing.
- Maintain and update loan accounts within Finacle, ensuring accurate data and transaction processing.
- Perform general account maintenance, including file management, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Maintain loan files, working diaries, and registers in line with internal procedures.
- Liaise with agent banks, participating banks, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
- Coordinate with Accounts for reconciliation of loan accounts.
- Monitor and diarise interest and instalment payments, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Support all activities relating to Bank Guarantees.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports and returns to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain data across internal systems including CRM, eFO, and EDMS.
- Respond to internal and external audit queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide cover and support to other team members when required.

- Agent banks, branches, solicitors, and external vendors.
About You
- Working knowledge of loans & advances and bank guarantees.
- Experience using Finacle (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Calm, composed, and professional approach to work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple teams.
